1. good day at work, sorry to say but it probably was the coffee in the morning.
2. good weekend - finished an Xterra triathlon in Bozeman. would like to be in better shape next year.
3. Got more work done tonight :)

Monday - 5-30-11

Been awhile again - but time to get back on the horse -

1. Breakfast (pancakes and bacon) with Becky, Dallas, and Collin.
2. Relaxing drive back to Missoula listening to Radio Lab.

Christmas Eve - 12-24-10

1. 6 mile run in the cold - felt good to be outside in the sun and cold running in the snow
2. Christmas Eve at the Grasky's with Holly - was an excellent night.
3. Couch time ;)

1. Learned to paddle board with Eric, Tracy and their friend Mirna
2. Found out Eric and Tracy are engaged!!
3. Enjoyed a great dinner with Dallas, Tom, Jill, Harvey and Dallas' brother Jimmy.
