Another Monday. But at least its now summer and I get to spend it in Missoula!

1. Woke up feeling refreshed from the weekend
2. Work was not a total disaster from two days off
3. Good workout - biked up Curry, down Spring, up Wollman, down mail trail head, ran man trail head - about a 2:40 hr work out.

2. Up early to watch England v Germany (Germany won - 4-1)
3. Chill afternoon and made it to bed early!

Travis and Jill's wedding day!!

1. Early morning bike ride with wedding posse
2. USA v. Ghana (we lost, 2 to 1) but what a great game
3. Marrying Travis and Jill - such a fun ceremony

great food, great dancing, great people. Stayed up way to late listening to Jeremy play the guitar at the fire. Started with Gant, Jer and Steve, what a trio. Travis chimed in a bit later with his harmonica - what a wedding!

3. Beautiful rehearsal dinner at the Double Arrow in Seeley Lake for Travis and Jill's wedding

2. Fishing lower rock creek with some friends, both old and new
3. BBQ at Travis' house - Keener cooked up some amazing bbq pork

1. Fun Co-rec soccer game - was able to play one half without calf pain - progress!!!
2. Good turn out for BSHS open fields - fun group of kids

First official day of summer, longest day of the year now we march towards winter.

1. Made a mature decision :)
2. Great workout (brick up at Blue Mountain)but need to extend the run a bit further
3. Enjoyed a great beer

Father's Day!
1. Had a great conversation with my dad and started to plan guys fishing trip up in alaska
2. Was able to wish Scott his first "happy father's day"
3. Quiet evening at home and believe finally sorted out the NG issues :)

1. Explored new water on Rock Creek.
2. Got to hike around with Dallas and teach him how to fish (cast gets better better)
3. Drank beer in a torrential down pour around a fire with Dallas

Rock Creek camping/fishing weekend -

1. Left work early, got home and drank a beer at noon!
2. Got a sweet camp spot right on the river
3. Fished a little, drank a little and laughed a lot with Dallas and Sky

1. Good run up Blue Mountain - slow but not much calf pain
2. Lunch with Jamie at Biga (hot waitress wasn't working :()
3. Nice dinner at home and to bed relatively early

1. We won our first co-rec soccer game of the season!
2. Watched Rocky IV on TV when I got home from soccer - love old school films!
3. Up early watching world cup soccer.

1. Started running again - calf and hamstring feeling much better
2. Made some progress on a couple of work issues
3. Quiet night at home getting laundry and Travis and Jill's wedding written out

1. Up early to watch some more world cup games
2. Took a much needed nap - long weekend and long week...
3. Enjoyed dinner with Scott, Keri and Ramsie Jo while watching baseball and the Celtics beat the Lakers in Game 5.

WORLD CUP!!! Technically it started on Friday but the USA plays today so we will celebrate that as the start!!!

1. USA tied England 1 to 1 on a GK mistake - but we will take it!
2. Brewery tour with Austen, Wylie and a couple of their friends
3. Fun party at Mike Eismann's house.

WWII - d-day in 1944. Amazing piece of history to remember.

1. Got yard work done.
2. Great brick (bike/run) at Lake Como in the Bitterroots with Jess Kehoe - super tired when finished though, but the burger and beer we had afterward made the trip worth it.
3. Found out that Scott and Keri had a healthy little girl!!! Ramsie Jo Grasky! good work kids, good work...

2. Drank a tasty pint (Bayern Dancing Trout) with Dallas and his family
3. Excellent BBQ with Dallas, Becky and some of their close friends.
