1. 20 mile solo road ride with quite a few hills - love the leg burn
2. T-bone steak for dinner with Bayern Dancing trout beer
3. Chocolate chip cookies that Brooke made for me.
workout -
Swim:
200yd warm up
2x 175yd free
3x 150yd free/150yd kick/150 pull
didn't quite complete entire workout - had to leave pool to go to work
Bike -
20 mile loop with hills - out to Miller Creek and back - long hills - good for my quads. Need to get stronger on the bike.
