Some days are better that others. Take today for example, I swam in the morning, ran at night, had beers with Sky and actually slept for longer that two hours in a row. I also got a portion of my appetite back which for me is a must have! If we don't have bad days/weeks/months/years how do we appreciate the good ones?
1. Beers with Sky
2. Appetite returning (not sure if it will stick but its a start)
3. Learning to be concerned about others happiness not just my own.
